Biography

Daniel Jacob Radcliffe was born on July 23, 1989, in Fulham, England. When Radcliffe was about five years old, he expressed a desire to act. One of his first roles was playing a dancing monkey in a school play. Radcliffe got his first big break in 1999, when he landed the role of young David Copperfield in a BBC adaptation of the famed Charles Dickens book. In 2001, Daniel brought the famed fictional child sorcerer Harry Potter to the big screen and instantly became one of the world's most recognizable faces. By 2007, Radcliffe had portrayed Harry in five installments of the series and had become Britain's richest teenager.

In 2005, Radcliffe found time to make a film outside the Harry Potter franchise when he traveled to Australia to shoot December Boys. The film was set for release in the fall of 2007 and marked Radcliffe's first attempt to forge a new on-screen identity. When Radcliffe is not busy filming, he likes to play bass guitar. Radcliffe also likes to buy CDs and he has said he is obsessed with music.

Horns came out to him in "Horns" in 2013, film based on a novel of Joe Hill. Later he became Igor in "Victor Frankenstein" in 2015, film with James McAvoy as co-star. He incarnated Michael Caine's son in "Now You See Me 2" and he became an FBI agent infiltrated into a neo-Nazi group on "Imperium" last year. Thanks to his interpretation of the famous magician, the actor has acquired a huge worldwide fame.
